नया रास्ता जीने का - लॉक डाउन 

मुझे पता है सभी को घर से बहार जाना है बहुत सारी मौज मस्ती करनी है, घूमना फिरना है ये सब जल्द होगा। 

पर जब तक हम लॉक डाउन में है तब तक हम फॅमिली के साथ रहे और समय को सही प्रयोग करे जिससे आपका टाइम भी अच्छा निकले और साथ ही साथ आप कुछ नया सीख पाओ ।

वैसे बहुत बार आयेशा होता होगा की आप अपने लाइफ मैं फ्री टाइम चाहते थे तो कौन कौन से आयेशे काम थे जो अपने नहीं किये ये भी इस लिस्ट मैं दाल सकते हो।  ये सही समय है नयी चीज़ो को एक्स्प्लोर करने का।  

अच्छी बात ये है की हमारे पास इंटरनेट की सुविधा है जिससे मैं भी आप तक मेरे ब्लॉग के जरिये आपको बता सकता हु कुछ टिप्स। 

१. एक्सरसाइज करो जो मुझे बहुत पसंद है जो आपको फीसीक्ली  फिट रखेगा या अगर आपको योगा पसंद है तो आप ये भी कर सकते हो। 

२. समय मिले तो मैडिटेशन जरूर करो जो आपको मेंटली फिट रखेगा। 

३. अपने वॉर्डरोब को ऑर्गनाइज़ करे। पुरे घर को ना कर सकते तो काम से काम अपने कमरे को ही ऑर्गनाइज़ कर लो। 

४. थोड़ा समय निकालो  लर्निंग के लिए जो आप बुक रीडिंग या तो आप पॉडकास्ट के जरिये भी कर सकते है।

५. अगर आपको लिखना पसंद है तो आप लिख सकते हो जैसे डायरी राइटिंग और ऑनलाइन ब्लोग्स। 

६.  आपके डेस्कटॉप के सारी चीज़ो को  ऑर्गनाइज़ करो, ऑफिस फोल्डर से ले कर आपके फोटो फोल्डर तक।

७.  लर्न नई स्किल जैसे जो भी आपको पसंद हो। 

    - लर्न इंस्ट्रूमेंट जो आपको पसंद हो 

    - ऑनलाइन कोर्सेज 

    - नयी भाषा 

    - ड्राइंग , पेंटिंग, डांसिंग 

आप एक्स्प्लोर करो कुछ ना कुछ तो  आपको आपके पसंद का  मिल ही जाएगी। 

८. आपके चुनिंदा मूवी देख सकते हो जो आपकी उस बिजी लाइफ में नहीं देख पाए थे।

९. लर्न न्यू डिलिशियस फ़ूड। आयेशी बहुत सारी यू टुब में चैनल है जहाँ से आप सीख सकते हो।

१०. आप अपने पसंद के गेम्स खेलो 

११. और है आप अपना ऑनलाइन क्रिएटिव वर्क स्टार्ट कर सकते हो जैस यू टूबर, बब्लॉगर, एफिलिएट मार्केटिंग कुछ भी जो आपको पसंद हो। 

ये लिस्ट को अपने देख लिए अपने दिन का प्लान बनो और फिर उससे फॉलो करो। आप देखोगे की आपके लाइफ स्टाइल मैं बहुत सारे अच्छे बदलाव आएंगे। और क्या पता आपका कोई टैलेंट निकल कर सामने आये जिसका आपको भी पता न हो।

I know everyone has to go out of the house, have lots of fun, have to roam around, all this will happen soon.

But as long as we are in lock down, we stay with the family and use the time properly so that your time is also pass good and at the same time you can learn something new.

By the way, it would have happened many times that if you wanted free time in your life, then which are the works which were not done by you, they can also be included in this list. This is the right time to explore new things.

The good thing is that we have internet facility so that I can also tell you some tips through my blog.

1. Exercise, which I like very much, which will keep you physically fit or if you like yoga, you can also do it.

2. If you have time, do meditation, which will keep you mentally fit.

3. Organize your wardrobe. If you cannot do the whole house then at least organize your room.

4. Take a little time to learn what you can read through a book or you can also do it through a podcast.

5. If you like writing then you can write like diary writing and online blogs.

6. Organize all the things on your desktop, from the office folder to your photo folder.

7. Learn new skills like whatever you like.

    - Learn instruments you like

    - Online courses 

    - New language 

    - Drawing, painting, dancing

If you explore, you will find something you like.

8. You can watch your selected movies which you could not see in that busy life.

9. Learn new delicious food. there are many channel in YouTube, from where you can learn.

10. You can play games of your choice

11. And you can start your online creative work like You Tuber, Blogger, Affiliate Marketing, anything you like.

To see this list, be a plan of your day and then follow it. You will see that there will be many good changes in your lifestyle. And do you know if any of your talent came out which you do not even know.
