आज कल हम लोग इतने सेल्फ ओरिएंटेड हो गए है और पैसा और सक्सेस के पीछे इतने बाग़ रहे है की हमे कभी ये टाइम ही नहीं मिला की कभी हम ये सोच पाए की हम इस बाग़ दौर मैं कितने गलतियाँ किये और उससे कुछ सीख पाए भी है या नहीं । कभी अपने अपने आप से पूछा है की क्या आप सच मैं खुश है ? क्या आप को शांति है ? क्या अपने जो सोचा था आप वही कर रहे हो ?..... नही न
इसको ध्यान मैं रखते हुए आज मैंने एक नया ब्लॉग बनाया है। जो आपको उस डायरेक्शन मैं लेजाने मैं हेल्प करेगा। मैं इसके २ बाग़ ला रहा हूँ
पहले भाग में मैं आपको बताऊंगा की अभी तक अपने क्या क्या मिस्टेक किये है जिसको आप अपना स्ट्रेंथ बना सकते है।
१. आप कभी भी पूरा हार्डवर्क नहीं करते और हमेसा ये बोलते हो की मुझे वो मक़ाम नहीं मिला। आप अपने आप से पूछो की क्या अपने किसी चीज़ को पाने की लिए १००% दिया है तो आपको पता चलेगा। हार्डरॉक का सबसे बड़ा फायदा ये है की आपको रात मैं नींद बहुत अच्छी आएगी और शुकुन भी होगा।
२. किसी का दिल तोडना या किसी को हर्ट करना। किसी का दिल मत दुखाओ क्यूंकि अगर आप ये करते हो कभी भी आप जब अकेले होंगे तो आपको इसका पछतावा होगाऔर अगर किसी चीज़ के लिए पछतावा होता है तो इसका मतलब ये है की आपने गलत किया है। इसको करने से बचे।
३. कुछ लोगो मैं अकड़ होता है। ये नहीं होना चाहिए क्यूंकि कभी भी आपके दिमाग मैं ये अकड़ आ गया तो आपकी सफलता कब छूमंतर हो जाएगी आपको पता नहीं चलेगा। तो जितना हो सके हम्बल रहे चाहे आप कितने भी सक्सेसफुल हो जाये।
४. क्या आप अनुशासन प्रिय हो। अगर हो तो अच्छी बात है और अगर नहीं तो मेरे अनुसार आपको होना चाहिए। आपको कसरत, खेल खुद, योगा करना चाहिए ये सब एक्टिविटी आपको अनुशासन प्रिय बनाएगी। आपके बॉडी को फिट, दिमाग को तंदरुस्त, आपके इंटेलिजेंस को और इमोशनल स्टेबिलिटी को बढ़ाएगी। इन शार्ट फिजिकल फिटनेस से आपको मेन्टल फिटनेस मिलेगा और मेन्टल फिटनेस से आपको स्पिरिचुअल फिटनेस मिलेगा और अगर अपने ये ३ पा लिया तो आपको मिलेगी असीम शांति।
५. क्या आप पैसे को रेस्पेक्ट देते है। शायद पूरा नहीं तो आज ही ये मिस्टेक दूर करे। क्यूंकि अगर अपने ये नहीं किया तो आपके हाथों से ये कब निकल जायेगा आपको पता नहीं चलेगा। इसके लिए आप एक्सपर्ट से बात कर सकते हो। हो सके तो पर्सनल फाइनेंस सीख लो जिससे आपको पैसा संभालने मैं हेल्प मिले।
६. सबसे बड़ी बात जिसको गौर करना चाहिए वो ये है की जो हर वक़्त आपके पास होता है अगर आप कुछ न थे तब भी और अगर आप कुछ बन गए हो तब भी वो है आपके परिवार। तो उनको सबसे पहले रेस्पेक्ट देना चाहिए। उनलोगो के साथ आपको समय बिताना चाहिए। आपके करियर और इस बाग़ दौर भरी ज़िन्दगी मैं अपनी परिवार को कभी ना भूलो।
७. एक और बड़ी चीज़ है जिसको हम इग्नोर करते है वो है दोस्ती। तो दोस्ती भी लाइफ मैं बहुत जरुरी होते है।
८. अगर आप कोई भी करियर चुनोगे तो उसमें २ फैक्टर हमेशा होगा। पहला गुस्सा आपके अंदर और आपके आस पास और दूसरा लोगो को डाउट। लोग हमेशा ये बोलेंगे की आप ये चीज़ नहीं कर पाओगे। इन दोनों चीज़ो को एक ही तरह से डील करना चाहिए। बी काम एंड लव। तो अगर कोई गुस्सा करे तो उसको शांति से समझा ओ। और अगर कोई डाउट करे तो आप शांति से अपना काम करते रहो। एक दिन आप उनको गलत साबित कर ही दोगे।
९. अगर आपको सफलता चाहिए तो ग्रुप मैं काम करो।
१०. क्या आप सभी को रेस्पेक्ट देते हो मेरा मतलब है छोटे, बड़े, लड़के या लड़कियॉं क्यूंकि सभी मैं कुछ न कुछ स्किल होता है सब से मिलो रेस्पेक्ट करो चाहे वो आपसे उम्र मैं छोटा हो या उम्र मैं बड़ा आप कुछ न कुछ नया सीखोगे ही सीखोगे।
